“INDIA - CHINA BUSINESS COUNCIL” was initiated by SME Chamber of India to enhance bilateral trade and in & outbound investments in India & China, provide support to large enterprises & SMEs to explore emerging business opportunities related to exports, imports, collaborations, strategic partnership for marketing, promotion, setting up new manufacturing industries & business enterprises, contract manufacturing tie ups, joint ventures, technology transfers & allied business activities in various industrial sectors. The Council will provide opportunities to the entrepreneurs, business tycoons, industrialists, Investors, exporters, importers, service providers, SMEs and start-ups as well as other enterprises involved in various industrial sectors, engineering, automotives, electricals & electronics, packaging, chemicals, power, infrastructure, capital goods manufacturers, banking services, industrial parks, SEZs, logistics, supply chain, education & other allied sectors.
The Council will take initiatives to deliberate on the various topics to enhance bilateral trade & diplomatic relations for the benefit of business sector. The Council will review & resolve various issues & grievances related to trade policies, trade barriers, shipping, customs, logistics, warehousing, banking of businesses & industries related to taxation, shipping, customs as well as various schemes & facilities of various provincial Governments in India & China. This Council will also provide opportunity to bring together the private sectors, Government authorities, banks & financial service enterprises, research institutes, education, exhibition organizers, investment boards, technology parks, Chamber of Commerce, Associations, media, travel agencies & cultural organisations to explore cooperation and to utilize the expertise for better growth.
